The hotel is conveniently located not too far from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden, and the king room was enjoyable.

Casa Abanico Tulum is located in a perfect and excellent area close to plenty of street food spots, restaurants, and shops in downtown Tulum. It offers easy access to town attractions and restaurants.

Conveniently located near a bunch of shops and restaurants, plus the bus stop and collectivo. there's a nice rear garden to relax in 🌿.

The rooms at Casa Abanico are generous in size and clean, creating a cozy atmosphere. The shared kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals. Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding areas, and the hosts provide useful recommendations for outings. Being a bit far from the beach might be inconvenient for some.

The peace all around provided a perfect escape, tucked away from the hustle of nearby areas. The communal kitchen was fantastic, and having free drinking water readily available was a thoughtful touch. The distance from the beach was noticeable, and some rooms near the shared spaces might experience noise during peak hours. Despite these small drawbacks, the experience felt very homey and cute.

Conveniently located near the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making it a great spot to explore. just a 10-15 minute walk away from Dos Aguas Park 🌳.

Really enjoyed this charming, small, and colorful hotel. the central location was convenient, right in the heart of town. Loved that it was situated next to restaurants and the main area, just a short walk away. Easy access to the collectivo stop to Playa Del Carmen and the downtown area.

The location here is awesome, close to markets, central area, cool restaurants and cafes, and bars - everything you need is just a stone's throw away. Plus, you can reach the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck in just a short 10-15 minute walk 🏞️.

We had a great stay at Casa Abanico Tulum. The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect for us. The hotel is comfortable and we enjoyed the restaurant and outdoor bar. It's our favorite small hotel in Tulum.
